These files are sent by the Site and are recorded on the computer or mobile device used by the User in order to be retransmitted later to the same Sites at the time of any subsequent visit. Cookies, therefore, allow the Site to store the user’s actions and preferences (such as, for example, login data, the chosen language, the font size, other display settings, etc.) and eliminate the need to indicate, on each visit to the Site, the data already previously provided by the User. Once installed on the User’s IT device, the activities carried out by cookies are: – IT authentications; – monitoring of Site sessions; – storage of information regarding the activities of the users who access the Site; – tracing of the user’s navigation within the Site for statistical and/or advertising purposes. During navigation on the Site, the User could receive cookies on their computer originating from sites other than the one they are visiting. In this case, these are referred to as “third-party” cookies. There are different types of cookie files. Cookies can be processed to perform different functions from one another and are, therefore, endowed with different characteristics depending on the functions performed. For example, it is possible to distinguish persistent cookies, which are intended to remain on the user’s device until a predetermined expiry; session cookies, which are automatically deleted when the browser is closed; “profiling cookies”, namely those aimed at developing a profile of the User on the basis of the information detected during navigation, in order to send advertising messages in line with their preferences. The use of temporary cookies is limited to providing safe and efficient navigation on the Site, as well as to identify the User in order to ensure the correct provision of the service requested on this Site. In order for the website to function correctly, the User is required to enter all the requested personal information. For this type of cookie, the User’s prior consent is required. The legislation in force in Italy does not always require the user’s express consent to allow the Site’s Controller to use cookies. “Technical cookies”, for example, do not require such consent since, being files indispensable for the correct functioning of the Site, they are used solely for the purpose of ensuring the correct provision of a service expressly requested by the User. These are necessary cookies that must be installed on the User’s device in order to ensure the performance of certain operations. In this case, these are referred to as “technical cookies” necessary for the functioning of the Site itself. Among the technical cookies used by this Site and which do not require express consent for their use, the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali) also includes: – navigation or session cookies necessary for the authentication of the User; – “analytics cookies” used directly by the site operator to collect information, in aggregate form, on the number of users and on how they navigate the site; – functionality cookies, which serve to enable navigation based on predetermined criteria (e.g. language).

Types of Cookies Used by the Site

The Site uses the following cookies:

Technical navigation or session cookies, strictly necessary for the functioning of the Site or to allow the User to make use of the contents and services requested by them. N.B.: with the deactivation of technical and/or functionality cookies, the Site may not function correctly and the User may be forced to modify or manually enter certain information or preferences each time they visit the Site.

Functional cookies, used to activate specific functionalities of the Site and a series of selected criteria (e.g. language) in order to improve the service rendered.

Non-technical cookies, which serve to identify the User and to track the activities carried out on the Site. The purpose is to allow the display of relevant advertisements of interest to the User, chosen by third parties (e.g. publishers and advertisers) on the basis of their preferences.

Third-party cookies, that is, cookies of sites or web servers other than that of Wild West Crew ASD, used for the purposes of those third parties. It is specified that such third parties, listed below with the relevant links to their privacy policies, are the controllers of the data collected through the cookies they serve and are independently responsible for their activities. The User must, therefore, refer to the personal data processing privacy policies, the information notices and the consent forms of the third parties, as provided for by the Measure Identifying the simplified procedures for the information notice and the acquisition of consent for the use of cookies of 8 May 2014 and by the Guidelines on the use of cookies and other tracking tools of 10 June 2021. For completeness, it is specified that Wild West Crew ASD does its utmost to be able to trace the cookies on its Site.

Updating of Cookies

The cookie files used by Wild West Crew ASD are regularly and constantly updated in the table set out below. As regards the third parties that send cookies through our Site, we provide below the links to their respective privacy policies. The third parties are responsible for providing the information notice and collecting the User’s consent, in compliance with the requirements contained in the aforementioned Measure, since, in relation to such cookies, Wild West Crew ASD cannot carry out any check suitable for ensuring compliance with the legal requirements.
